Sign in required
Sign in with the same partner access key you use for Analytics and Messages. Only published items are visible
to buyers in the SnapAct app.
Shared secure workspaceYour access key works across Analytics, Messages, and Catalog for the same approved business.
Controlled go-live flowDrafts stay internal until you choose to publish them for buyer-facing visibility.
Upload a product image for each item (optional). Drafts remain internal until you publish an item from the
table. Published items inherit your approved partner doctrine so buyers see products that match their scan
route family and buying channel.
Shop departments
Build your shop like real store aisles.
Add departments here after approval. Each product gets a buyer-facing department label and a clean category
key, so shoppers can browse your profile the same way they would browse a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique,
electronics store, or restaurant menu.

Secure Access
Sign in
Enter the access key from your approval email to open your SnapAct partner workspace. You may be prompted to
complete a brief security verification.
Catalog item
Use departments the way shoppers browse your store. Supermarkets can list groceries, drinks, pharmacy,
snacks, and baby care. Restaurants can list meals by menu section. Electronics stores can list power banks,
phone accessories, smart watches, and earbuds.
Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG, or WebP (up to 2 MB before optimization). Images are resized to a maximum
of 1200 px on the longest edge and compressed in your browser before upload. Published items display this
image to buyers in the app. Product visibility still follows your approved partner doctrine and buyer-intent
matching.
Verified inventory
Snap the shelf to prove what is available.
Upload a fresh shelf or stock photo and enter the current quantity. SnapAct uses this proof to power
verified local inventory, stock freshness, and brand dashboards.
